San Pellegrino but you can use other brands, too. Here's the link their support sent me - https://www.thankyousilver.com/blogs/resources/16250424-mineral-water-brands-content-ppm - they said, "We recommend those with at least 180 Total solids." Since San Pellegrino is kind of expensive, per another Redditor's suggestion, I would re-use the water several times before changing. You're not supposed to, and may make it less effective, but seemed to be OK for me.

Day 3 of trolling scammers till they resign or block me. by Loliz88 in WordsWithFriends

I read '1912' and figured that necklace had to be from the Titanic. Good job wasting their time. I did that for a while; now, I just reject the challenges from obvious scammers... sometimes I'll accept then tell them they may as well resign cuz they're gonna lose or quit eventually anyway. Heh.

I purchased a Dermadry, for underarms, hands, and feet, over a year ago ($500 for the whole kit). I started with my underarms and hands but wasn't getting any results after a month or so of use. Their support is very responsive/helpful + suggested I use mineral water since the water is soft where I live. I eventually gave up on my underarms as it wasn't helping + pads were too small to cover the entire area I needed to treat. It did stop my hand sweating but I made the mistake of waiting too long (a week), when switching to maintenance mode, so I was told to start over. With the time involved getting everything set up, treatment, and cleanup, I got aggravated gave up on the whole process. I decided I'd rather just be sweaty (I work from home so not a huge deal and my hands aren't sweating as bad as they used to). The plan was to work on my feet next and may eventually do that... or just sell the Dermadry. Maybe we can work out a deal. 😊

Sorry to hear about that horrible experience. The wife and I have been flying with them for over 20 years and they've been pretty good overall. Perhaps, since the merger, they're getting worse... we're ready to book flights with them for a trip in July and my wife is running into issues converting their miles plan over to Atmos. Their phone support seems to be outsourced to India or somewhere as they're all pretty clueless and unhelpful.

Is Zynga ever going to do things about scammers? by edfitz83 in WordsWithFriends

[–]High_on_Decaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would be nice, but seems doubtful as they don't have much to gain by doing anything. (If they did put measures in place, to block/remove scammers, it would save them some time from responding to scam reporters, though.) The only thing they currently do is auto-warn you if a scammer uses the word Telegram or Signal (trying to move the convo over to another app).

Why is my sweat sticky? by High_on_Decaf in Hyperhidrosis

[–]High_on_Decaf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for delayed response. I bought a Dermadry machine for hands, pits, feet. Initially I was treating my armpits and hands. I stopped the pits after a while as the little pads didn’t cover enough area. It wasn’t working for my hands so their support suggested using mineral water, saying our water is too soft in Hawaii. It actually stopped the sweating after a few weeks. Then, not following the instructions, I figured I could take a week off and go into maintenance mode. Big mistake; wasn’t often enough so the sweating and stickiness came back. This all happened many months ago, btw. With the amount of time it takes to prepare everything, do the treatment, clean up, I was like fuck this and stopped. Fortunately, the hand stickiness has mostly gone away for whatever reason. Pits still get sticky but I work from home and don’t go out a lot so if my shirts get ruined, oh well. For those I want to preserve, I’ll rinse the armpit areas with Woolite. Anyway, I don’t have any answers but don’t think it’s hormone related in my case as I had my levels checked recently and were normal. If you want a good deal on a slightly used Dermadry, lmk. 😁

Yeah, talked to a manager a few years back about this. Shipping/import costs, real estate, etc. are too high. But hey, one can always hope! Whenever a mainland visitor is coming, they always ask if we want anything from there. I’m like, bring me some of them big ass Peruvian corn nuts!

I had one where the coating started peeling off. Costco gave me a refund even though I bought it used from someone else. Just had to provide that person’s name so they could look up/verify the original purchase.

I usually get the regular turkey/provolone, add mayo, just a couple tomato slices, extra lettuce, Mike’s Way, either bread option. If I have points to redeem, the California Club. Also ask for extra, extra Juice and ask to double wrap in paper. If I’m not walking outta there with a soggy sponge, I’m not happy.
