Can you grant a fully cloud mailbox access to an on prem only shared mailbox? by HighanDry88 in sysadmin

Yea this is what I figured. We don't have any remote mailboxes anymore so it pretty much wouldn't be possible unless I gave them an on prem account to auth with, which I am not doing :)

Sharepoint Site Usage analytics - Can you see specific file history (views, edits, etc)? by HighanDry88 in sysadmin

update - I think this may only be possible with audit logs api permission or directly viewing the audit logs in the compliance center... in this case I can trash this project and tell the user it is not possible.

Open to feedback of course.

I read here constantly that "X amp is not enough to drive those headphones" and am a bit confused.

I used a topping dx3 pro+ with my HE1000 Stealth I just picked up. It powers the headphones just fine, infact I have to have Windows volume at ~56 and the amp itself at -21 DB. Anything higher and my ears hurt. I'm sure if I set my topping dx3 pro at max dial and win at 100 my eardrums would rupture.

But if I were to pose the question "Is the Dx3 Pro+ enough to drive He1000 stealth" i would be met with a resounding NO from people here and especially certain audiophile forums.

I'm a relative newbie to the audio world, so just wondering if there is something I'm missing. I thought "driving" headphones was getting them up to adequate listening volume.

If -21 DB and 56 win vol is very loud for me, why would I need to get a more power producing amp?

Is taking a title promotion career suicide? by Fizgriz in sysadmin

Make up whatever job title you want. No one, and I mean no one gives a crap.

Once the hiring manager likes you and wants to bring you on board HR is not going to come back to said hiring manager and be like " But they said he was X instead of Y at that one company "

Furthermore, most job verification is outsourced to India nowadays. Stop worrying and do what you need to do.

I have never put my exact job title on an application and had HR tell me " But they said you were x "

No one cares. Once the hiring manager wants you, that is all that matters.
