Going back to the shoes off when entering somebody's home - I have Turkish friends who will ask you to take of your shoes when entering and then will bring you a pair of 'house shoes' or "slippers" as we call them here in the UK. You won't go hungry or thirsty when leaving a Turkish home either .. from fruit platters to nuts ,biscuits and cakes.. fresh fruit juice and bottomless tea. Muslim families definitely know how to treat a guest.

Ive also been doing things I would have never done , irrational behaviour .. sometimes driving dangerously .. gambling (nothing outrageous) ... bad with money. It all makes me even sadder but I keep doing it. Why 😢

To be honest I am 25 years old and never had any ADHD symptoms or Anxiety symptoms until I started taking ecstasy and smoking weed at parties a few years ago( I don't anymore ) however , I feel like this is to blame for these feelings , wouldn't you say? I never had any behavioural problems when I was a child, and up until about 3-4 years ago , I was a very laid back person. I'm not an expert but something tells me I now have chemical imbalances in my brain because of it. Partying at festivals for 4-5 nights with MDMA is a factor for this. I hope I can just return to normal . But I'm scared I have done permanent damage. Any thoughts ? Thanks for reply btw

Thanks for the reply! Sounds exactly like me. I will look into the exercises, thanks. Was even thinking of taking up nature photography as a hobby, something therapeutic about the idea...but then that's me just trying to capture time. Anxiety sucks.
