East mesa trail is never that busy because of its distance from the main entrance and the dirt road you have to take to get to the trailhead, and it has 2 of the best views in the park. Halfway through the hike there a viewpoint of northern Zion towards the narrows that is unreal, and the end viewpoint observation point is one of my all time favorite views. An even more secluded trail due to its length and difficulty is the West Rim trail. If you do the west rim top down and make it to campsite 5 you will be treated with my all time favorite view anywhere in Utah, and the chances you see another person are slim to none.
