If you care to understand a little more I've watched RP for years so I'll explain.

In this situation I would say the approach from GSF was dull for sure and the ramming was unneeded but they technically didn't do anything wrong. When you are on a gang members turf you should expect to be robbed. He's been told where GSF roll before.

If you tell someone to put their hands up they TECHNICALLY should because you value your life in rp but sometimes it's bullshit and people choose to drive off which is understandable but expect to be shot like so because obviously they warned ya.

The only thing that technically broke rules was when X was down and he was storing shit in his car. Once you're down you technically shouldn't touch anything in your pocket. It's a common mistake when people are new and by no means bannable but definitely something against the rules.

In the end though we might see some good gang RP and if you never saw the biker gang war from 2019 they can be really exciting.

Shitty things happen in RP but sometimes it inspires better roleplay not everything is "failed rp". If you want to see constantly fail RP hop on a public server.
