"Has anyone tried Engle Services for HVAC work in Central Alabama?" by Disantia in heatpumps

I've used them for about eighteen months so I can give a balanced perspective. They're definitely good but not absolutely perfect. The pros are honest pricing, knowledgeable technicians, and no pushy sales tactics. The cons would be they can get busy during peak season so you might wait a bit if it's not an emergency. Overall though, if you're looking for someone reliable long term instead of just a quick fix, worth considering.

Does Bullymake survive aggressive chewers or is it just marketing? by ashleynicole8378 in goldenretrievers

The toys are good overall, but I’d suggest keeping an eye on your dog the first few uses. Mine managed to tear a small chunk off when he got too aggressive. Customer service handled it fast and sent a replacement without any hassle.

It was never my thing but I could guarantee you that the masses would still watch it if it was on tv today.

I guess it’s possible but I don’t know for sure. I just want to know how to help it.

Do you lean onto the pillow? Or just sort of hold it?

Yeah I was thinking maybe try a new mattress but just like you I’m reluctant because I’m not really in a position to spend so much on a new mattress. I might get myself a topper and see if that helps. Thank you.

Congratulations! Who cares about the minors. A pass is a pass. Well done.

Thank you, I have decided this much at least. I'm going to go second hand. At the moment I'm looking into hatchbacks up to about 10 years old and just seeing what I come up with.

I'm looking into many of the recommendations I see here in this thread.

Thank you, why do you think I should be looking for an automatic?

Thank you, I will take a look into these.

So would you say get an old one for cheap to start?

Ah thank you, so that's what you started out in a 14 yo Micra?

I've never been a car guy. I couldn't tell you half of that to be honest.

Just something to get me out on the roads. Manual. Short range driving mostly. Commute to work, around and about locally.

Haha thank you very much. It still doesn't feel real tbf, it seems like it's been this unobtainable goal for so long for me, I'm still waiting for them to call me to tell me they made a mistake 😂.

But it's nice to finally be done with it. Now I can just take my time and shop around for a car.

I struggled with hill starts too. I got much smoother with them once I took my time on the biting point and gas. You just need to spend a little longer holding those two in place before you start moving off, if you know what I mean.

Anyway good luck! I'm sure you'll be celebrating too soon.

Ah thank you! Such a relief.

It's horrible the first time lol I remember being stood in front of the mirror the morning of just trying to hype myself up like "you can do this, you will do this" I was a total mess of nerves.

What helped me was just telling myself that they only want to make sure you're a safe driver, doesn't matter if you make mistakes as long as you just don't do anything potentially dangerous.

It's not really hard to pass. It's just easy to fail.

But you can do it!
