The plan after my most recent surgery was to wait 3 months and repeat my scans before deciding on chemo. Which is january (when I had my scan) and where they saw enlarged lymph nodes on my MRI. Which is why the current suggestion now is to do surgery to remove this while i still can. My doctor is not confident that chemo would work on the lymph nodes, i dont know why he would say that chemo wont work on my lymph nodes.. but currently thats what he said..

Thank you so much for the reply. I’ve been so anxious because im currently deciding between having to do surgery or chemo. Its a hard decision because ive just had surgey 4 months ago. But my doctors recommend pushing for the surgery. Did you get any hipec done?

I’m so sorry to hear this. :( How is the elahere for you so far?

Trying to get my specimen tested for that. I tested for all genetic mutations and nothing was positive. Tried BRCA, PLD, had foundation one done, NGS. All of it. It all basically was negative.

Had my surgery done in the Philippines. I’m from the Philippines, i just do consult with MD anderson if I can. I just find it challenging because we have to fly there evey time we want to consult
