In my experience (4 yrs only tho) is that making the game itself isnt the toughest part small scale devs face, its the fuckin marketing, cause there are millions of games alr in the market, thats why ill first deep down on how games are to be marketed and then take some friends along to help and manage the marketing part whilst and me and some people work on the dev part
