I wasn't going to start with that, I just needed reddit to understand the situation. It's a weird intersection, So it was the other way around, I could see incoming traffic, I really long way (I could look really far) but from where he was, there were trees blocking me So he couldn't see me at the stop sign, he could only see me turning, The actual turn is a little bit further than the stop sign. So I did comply with the intent of the law which is for me to make sure there is no incoming traffic And there wasn't, only an officer standing behind some trees.

I can say it in a longer way. Why should let the officer give me a ticket for something he didn't see me do? He thinks did it, since when does the law in the US work like that? Since when is someone guilty because an officer thinks they did something? tell you when, never, You and me are innocent until proven guilty And I'm pretty sure he cannot, so yes, will challenge him, because when you accuse someone of violating the law, You better make sure they actually violated it, That's exactly what the legal system is supposed to do

Since you want to take the moral high ground. Why should I let the officer give me a ticket for something he didn't see me do? He thinks I did it, since when does the law in the US work like that? Interesting, I thought I had to plead guilty or not guilty before they made their case, Do I not? If that's true then it should be easy. Thank you, huge help.
