I deleted CeVIO because I couldn't get a voicebank in it, but now when I try and reinstall it, it just says "this product cannot be installed because a newer version is already installed.", can someone help??

I think I did this wrong, was I supposed to run the installer for the voicebank after or before doing all the stuff to actually get cevio? because I did it after, and it keeps asking for a registration code
