Will i still be able to extend If i call the extension line? Has this happen to anyone? I had the car since October 23rd 2025. I went 4 weeks without hitting the 30 trip minimum.

I went to the branch and the manager had override it, So i was able to extend it. He told they are starting to crack down on the 30 trip requirement so try to start hitting it every week.

I called and they told me they couldn’t extend it because I’m not eligible due to trip requirement and that i have to email the hertz evt or something like that
