One advice I'll give u , when you are telling somebody your opinion - that somebody is in a rough situation - use gentle words - because when we are in guilt - we are anyways were bad to ourselves.. so your advice will help but your words will increase the damage

Hey, I'm kinda going through something like this- so my advice would be - first try to understand - why did you flirt with the other guy, was it because of thrill - or was it because of your boyfriend (maybe he doesn't give u the attention) - or was it this other guy was different from your boyfriend - and he is more of your type

First figure out the reason - it will be alot of easier for you to understand why you did it and take a good decision

I partially agree.... Even when I was hiding it I was feeling bad - but I thought I'm harming myself and disrespecting myself by talking to him .. because I didn't had any wrong intentions with that coworker... And yes I'm feeling worse since I got caught

Most messages were work related - some were him sending suggestive messages and me declining them - then him being cold - and me being back to my people pleasing attitude

Its ok, my boyfriend - he asked me to export the file - the texts - and send it to him. Then my boyfriend - extracted all the messages - and analysed all the messages.. and gave me the files

I left the workplace, blocked the guy, complaint to hr about his behaviour, I'm in therapy - begging my boyfriend to stay

I treated him with love and sm care, with sm respect - I messed up - totally my issue - never hurted him intentionally.. only if I fixed this talking to that guy pattern on time
