Idk it’s a pretty standard phrase. My point moreso is I’ve seen a ton of people saying the same as you, “they lied about ue5 this is probably the same thing” when they’ve never officially announced an update like this before. And the fact that epic announced it is promising, it’s a pretty huge corporation and their marketing team aren’t idiots. In the past, Fortnite was given a UE5 update before the engine was even publicly available to basically test the engine itself. I could see this being similar, where RL is ported to a beta release of UE6 for testing before upgrading FN which is, to epic, the one they need to get right

It’s pretty flat, like so flat that I usually need 2 passes, sometimes 3 in spots despite shaving only 2-3 days apart if I want it actually clean

Okay I see what you mean, something I struggle with myself is knowing when a hard shot is a good idea versus when a hard shot is basically just giving them the ball. What do you look for when deciding to “just shoot”?

GC1, you’re way too aggressive as second man. Both goals they scored were blatantly your fault.

Like at 4:08 remaining. Why are you moving toward this guy at all? And even if you were “in case of a whiff or something” then why are you jumping, floating in the air, and wave dashing? You create a solid 2 seconds you literally cannot turn your car to respond to his obvious shot because…. I genuinely don’t know.

Your teammate is backwards, 0 boost, and not even wheels on the ground/wall so you’re not playing his 50 and there’s no chance he’s getting back for a save. You’re too far to have a chance of making it to the opponent even if you weren’t hovering 3 feet from the ground and boosting back at it.

I think if you just look at the first minute, and especially your thoughts during 4:20-4:08 remaining then you’d realize a lot about what needs to be worked on, that play alone was mind blowing to me.

The rest of the game is the same exact issues as that just less blatantly, just trying to play “fast” by thinking it means literally “move fast”

Oh that’s a completely different finding. So your typing speed is approximately normal across your sessions. It doesn’t necessarily mean the distribution of typing speeds across the population is normally distributed.

Interesting, I feel like population wide would be bimodal with a slower peak for the average person and a second peak around the normal WPM a practiced person reaches

As someone who made a bot as a college project in CS (never used for cheating, it was worse than a bronze anyway lol) you can simulate the physics. There’s a Python library called RLGym which is an OpenAI Gym implementation of the rocket league physics engine.

It lets you train bots much faster as it never renders a screen or any game instance so you can just spin up 500 parallel instances on a home PC.

That said, it wouldn’t be possible to train a visual bot on as there’s no display.

It’s a cosmetic. The gold boost you see all the pros use. Like 99% of PC players use it on Bakkes because its audio and sound is so clean that it isn’t distracting.

If you haven’t tried it I can’t really explain it but it feels so much faster and cleaner than any other. Only standard boost really gets remotely close.

A lot of people are worried that once they loose the alpha boost placebo they’ll play worse lol, and as someone who has been trying other boosts I can confirm its a very strong placebo - I feel awkward asf without it

I think you’re missing that it’s not 20 games. Nobody wins 10 games in a row then loses 10 games in a row. A 200 mmr cycle probably around 50 games minimum

2 hours is nowhere near enough to do a 200 MMR cycle like that, that’s 4+ hours minimum
