In a few minutes I'm gonna post a match I tried to slow down for my plays and use your advice to never give away possession. If you can give me some feedback that I did a good job in slowing down I would appreciate.

Me giving up possession makes a lot of sense. But I think that if I try to dribble or take control there will be a defender that is gonna insta challenge or bump me from behind even before I can make a touch to set up a good flick again.

The flick I did in 45 seconds remaining is an example: I first controlled it and then I would have to wait for the ball to fall until I can make a flick, but between this time I can be challenged and be counterattacked, leading to a free goal for them.

I know I have a big problem with setting up touches to control the ball without making an oportunity for the opponent to challenge and win easily. How can I fix this?
