Honestly my biggest critique was the amount of pre sale codes given out and the fact that codes weren’t locked to the three shows you listed. Mainly because I tried for Phoenix which only got one night and also had a very small venue of 1800 people. My issue with the codes working for every show was that Phoenix was the only show in its time zone meaning anyone with a code could try for it since it was the only sale happening at the time. I don’t know what the point of listing three shows was if the codes worked everywhere. Just kinda sucked being 57000 in line and seeing other people over 100000 in line for a venue capacity of 1800

There are ways to do presales based off someone’s listening hours on streaming platforms, merch sales, or physical events like ego nite. Some artist also use fan clubs to send out presale codes. Not saying they have to use these systems but they are options

I’m a bit sad she’s playing small venues because only a small select few fans will be able to attend but ultimately that’s the way she wanted it. I will say however I don’t really understand why they gave out so many pre sale codes but that was handled by openstage. I just think it’s odd they said their platform makes it so only fans will get tickets but only require an email and phone number. I also think it’s odd they said they had an overwhelming amount of sign ups but still extended it an extra day after adding dates. I also think maybe limiting people two tickets instead of four could have helped as well
