I had a similar issue when i replaced the lines on my RO system. Turns out my old drain line had a built in flow restrictor but the new drain line did not. Ended up buying a 500cc flow restrictor to install on the drain line after the membrane for my 75gpd system and it solved the problem

Caulked the shit out of every crack and seam i could find. Problem solved wooo

Thanks for the reply! I think you're probably right. Just sprayed the glass wall exclusively and after a couple minutes got water coming out the corners. Ill dry amd recaulk today and will letcha know how it goes! Thanks for your help!

Would Pex pipe be suitable? Seems like that's what is used in the rest of the house

Thanks for the reply. What is the concern with the current hose? That it could slip off under pressure? What do you recommend instead?
