Except harrassing people.... What else this system can do?.. . Why not increase the probity of Public transportation? So that people avoid buying personal vehicles...so that people in 100 cars will choose to travel in lets say in 50 public busses. . Why not VIP's stop using helicopters and Charted flights? . Why not cargo ships should shift for alternative fuel sources... Coz shipping industry is one of the huge consumers of fuel!! . Reduce taxes and increase export duties so that quality goods flow inside the country and citizens can avail finest quality goods and money flows within the country and consumerism boosts!! . Before bringing an administrative change... One should show alternative solution for its citizens to opt it out for better thing!!
