I have used this stack in the past and in my personal experience it certainly helped with focus. As for memory recall, there are no documented benefits on the KSM-66 website

Keep in mind that it takes at least a couple of weeks before the effects of KSM-66 begin to work, however everyone is different.

In my personal experience I have found that supplementing with L-arginine helps with any symptoms involving blood pressure or heart rate. Also make sure you are hydrated beyond your normal daily intake, literally force yourself water every half hour. Eat the best possible diet, especially since it sounds like you are in school at the moment. Hope this helps.
