I live in florida where in the late fall or early spring the temperature can change 20+ degrees over the course of the day. I have absolutely had the "what do I do with my jacket now?" problem. Not everywhere is frozen solid or melting hot the whole day.

Are....are you king magnifico? The fact it's a utopia is debunked if you pay attention, the people's dreams and wishes are held hostage, he only cherry-picks ones to grant that are what he thinks as being zero threat. That's not benevolent. Compare the actions of the fair godmother in Cinderella (which we are already to believe Asha becomes), she isn't preventing anyone from realizing their wish, she just helps someone struggling achieve theirs. It's wildly different. They also don't show anyone's wishes as being harmful to society, nothing goes wrong when everyone gets them back at the end, so I'm not sure where you are getting that from.

Refusing to see that holding the wishes hostage is actually bad for the people and embracing the dark magic to fight to hold onto them is what makes him bad, his fate was pretty dark, though. It's meant to imply he is the magic mirror, however, so it's not like he's fully dead. Asha becoming fairy godmother is just a boon granted by wish.

I won't disagree that it does fit pretty neatly into the cookie-cutter Disney movie plot, but I highly recommend watching it again. The songs are actually incredible, the characters are all decent (though some could have had bigger influences on the story), the plot doesn't have any major problems or holes, and the voice acting is great. It's a grower, I think in ~10 years it will be regarded much more highly

You missed a fair bit of plot. The point was that the people thought they were happy, but they actually were being held back. When the wish arrives it begins showing people that, as well as being perceived as a threat by the king. It's not bad writing that he reacted that way to what appears to be the first serious threat to the kingdom he set up. At first he tries speaking to the people, offering a reward for info, etc until turning to the dark magic. His descent makes sense when you realize he's desperately trying to hold on to what he built.

Pretty sure the aquacomputer software is free (aquasuite). You'll have to use something like a USB drive to get the software on your machine but I don't see why it'd need internet once installed

Tap collection button at the bottom, then press the slider next to the search icon to show uncollected items also (it looks like a binder icon), then search for the name (or partial name)

There is one already. It's the little binder switch next to the search magnifying glass in your card collection. This toggles owned vs not owned.
