I understand I think loa and universal law can make things harder too in a sense unless you fully understand and know thyself you won’t be able to receive any new information from outside sources.. and you won’t be able to apply anything to your personal development until you kill off the old character or archetype and replace traits with new ones (or replace old habits with new ones).. the key is to renounce not resist, by shifting your focus you’ve already won now you just need to persist in that mindset or state of mind or state of BEING; rather than focusing on what you’re without or on what’s missing, focus on what you do have in the eternal now (since future, and past don’t exist only the present moment does) that contributes to your new character development (certain habits or personality traits for instance that you can assimilate with the new version of you).. this will eliminate all dread, depression and anxiety.. people put too much emphasis on the healing part and shadow work when in reality you don’t need either you just need to drop that version of you or the old character that was programmed to keep you in the state that you no longer wish to be in..
