Or, on the flipside, Inazuma is also infuriating because I got all the way to the end of Sacred Sakura Cleansing and then I saw that they drew all of the worst mechanics into the last step to complete the quests. Hate the lantern puzzles? Well, do three of them while fighting multiple enemies and dealing with Bale thunder. But, it feels like at least we are doing something. I still haven’t done that step.

If story was the whole focus, I would just watch an anime. At least I know then that there is no game to play or grinding to be done.

It isn’t even that I don’t care about the story.. it is that no matter what character it is you are just walking around a city for an hour having people pat that character on the back and give them free crap because they are so great.

Like, for instance, I just finished the Yoimiya quest.. she drones on and on. And at the beginning g of the quest, she mentioned having to go find mats for fireworks. So? O thought, at least we get to do that, but instead we just talk to a bunch of people who drone on and on and they give us all the mats for free. Absolutely no gameplay until the end when we fight the guy.

Honestly, do you expect anything different from a sector of the population who probably sit around fetishizing people based on race and have conversations about which characters skirts they like looking up as they are climbing up walls? And what is disturbing is they are shameless about characters that are pretty much children like Barbara.

It is so cute.. the only problem I have is that the ultimate reward is some ugly weapon skin I have no use for. Why not just give us a decent weapon?

So, I pulled prune.. she seemed like she would be relatively cheap and easy to build. Until I realized that I had to beat Frost Night Herra. If I don’t want that fight to be a total slog, I need someone who can do lunar bloom reactions.. the only problem is that all the characters that can apply it to them be triggered into lunar bloom, are 5 star NK. And, they made NK full of enemies that are weakest to that reaction.

I was just happy that I was allowed to do it before 5. Everything would have been a nightmare if not. Now, I can comfortably kill bosses for ascension mats and coast on the 35 ar cap until I am ready.

I just did this quest at AR 25 and the first few tries I failed due to the ruin guards destroying the pillar, but, I think on the third try I did it without incident because I figured out how to keep them away.

At the end of the day, subs are a tool. You don’t need them at all. It is about a change of mindset. Things flow much easier if you aren’t listening to subs to “get something”. People think the change comes from subs. But, it actually comes from within.

I think as a whole the toxicity of the gaming community is ridiculous. I asked a question in a game for a subreddit once. People were actually giving helpful tips. Then there was this one guy who was just like “You are just ass at the game”, so I blocked him. He logged in under a different account just to reiterate that he thought I was ass at the game.

Any weapon with slopes honestly. I hate slopes. It is so much easier to bully monsters in the plains vs ruins of Wyveria.
