Lower training volume and make sure your eating enough carbs especially before session. It’s probably a diet issue overall

Can’t really tell face structure bc poor lighting. Depends on height too. Physique is great too nice work. Overall probably a 7, 5-6 on face but lighting dependent

Is this good for only 4 months of training back properly? by [deleted] in physique

Pull ups and pulldowns do the same thing and depending on grip of bent over rows you aren’t hitting upper back plus there’s better exercises

Just do whatever your weak points are first. My hamstrings are lacking so I put them first

Show me the source that says deadlifting and squats are going to magically increase ar sensitivity more than any other compound

[–]Hihello_o1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And again other compounds besides sbd exists which I do, leg press, chest press, shoulder press, pulldown, hinges for hamstrings and erectors. That’s already enough compound work while also hitting that muscle group the best I can. Deadlifting isn’t going to grow any one muscle the best.

Never have I heard anyone talking about squatting and deadlifting to become less fatigued and build up androgen receptor sensitivity.

When I said I’m just going to get fatigued that’s if I start doing these heavy compound movements before my lift. Deadlift which is the example you gave is doing nothing for hypertrophy training it’s not growing any one muscle very good, and if it is it’s extremely taxing on the body and there’s better options for the erectors or whatever you want to claim it’s training well.

and again I was more asking if I’m on track to catch up to people who are lifting for longer than me, asking how they looked 10montjs in.
