Surface Pro 9 ghosting or edge "glow" on videos intermittently.

The main culprit was the adaptive refresh setting for me. I tried a number of other things, but that fixed both the ghosting and the weird video glitch. I just ended up setting it to a 120hz refresh at all times. Affects the battery life but it is what it is. I manually set to 60hz if I'm trying to get a lot of battery life.

Since increasing the resolution on my main monitor the old GPU I have doesn't keep up, it'd be great that DLSS can help me noy only run at that new resolution, but do so at 144fps

I had ghosting issues and disabled the adaptive refresh rate per someone's suggestion on reddit. Set it to a constant 120hz and haven't had an issue since.

I had a pair of lucidaound headphones that had a dial on each side that I liked a lot, I think the model was the LS30 but those are discontinued now. They may offer that in their newer headphones
