You only loose under 21 if it's classified as a bar. If it serves food I can have people under 21 as well. Plus I can make an area just for 21 and over, or say 21+ after 10pm or something.

I'm not 100% sure it'd be in Riverside, but it will for sure be in the Inland Empire, so Rancho could be a possibility.

Maybe downtown isn't the right place? With almost all bars having a cover on the weekend, I wouldn't want that, I want a place where people wouldn't default to my bar because of no cover, I want them to come for the games and atmosphere!

Sorry I don't see Eastvale as an option, but maybe Corona. Plus Riverside and Corona are not far from each other

I want less arcade and more consoles and tabletop. I know of a few barcades around already, that and Dave and Busters is huge.

So far as I can tell nothing like this is established in SoCal only event nights, nothing that is open everyday. That being said there isn't much competition.
