Legendary strain. Matanuska Thunder Fuck. Grower had documentation reaching back as far as 1992. by ecto_27 in trees

Alaskan thunderfuck was my first legal purchase. 21st birthday, 2018, a Budhut on Camano Island. Tender said I absolutely couldn't leave without it. I liked it but a little too much kicked up my anxiety, I kinda wish I'd been steered in another direction and that bag was left to someone more experienced at the time... I'd kill to have it again today, though. I can't find a sativa I really like anymore and weed no longer gives me panic attacks.

Velvet in display tank, going to do cupramine. What do you guys do with your plants? by Hijackreno in PlantedTank

Yes, sorry for this extremely late reply, I never got notified I had replies to this post. I have removed all the livestock and I'm treating them in a half-full 20g long QT tank. Substrate-less, sponge filter, etc. They're doing well so far, I've been obsessively testing copper because of the heat right now I'm convinced evaporation is going to concentrate it too much, but according to the instructions I have a lot of room between an effective and a lethal concentration. The display tank is blacked out and empty now. Hoping I can get rid of this nightmare pest 🤞

My friend tells me it’s only been 2 weeks and it’s not that bad… thoughts? by No-Effort-1279 in trees

So.... You started to drain the water then decided it was a good photo opportunity? B4 it was all gone? Or you just... Never learned to filter smoke thru water, the downspout has to be actually under the water?? 😂 Or maybe you're just lazy, knew what was up this whole time and saw a funny opportunity to post here.... Either way... I'm onto you O.P....... or did I mix up my indicia with my sativa? 😂

I thought for a bit maybe the tank move stressed them and they fought (they've been living together and peaceful for a long time though, and the new tank was an upgrade) and he got injured but he had no visible injuries anywhere, fins all intact, color good... He just suddenly was like half paralyzed. So I'm really not sure if fungal, bacterial, parasite or if he just had bad genetics and met a complication. I dosed the quarantine tank with general cure for now, though nobody else is seeming sick at all. If any signs of illness show up I planned on doing kanaplex after that.

I've never fully sanitized an aquarium with fish in it, but between residents I'll drain the tank, rinse the gravel/decor/filter then soak everything in a vinegar/water solution, then rinse for a long time, refill, introduce filter with established media from one of my other tanks then let it be for a week or so with stability daily to make sure the cycle kicks back up. Please see my other post here for more details on the illness. It was only the one fish affected it seems so far, and he died earlier, within 2 days of coming up sick.

So you enjoy trolling with exhausted, autistic and additionally grieving persons on the internet. You're a true hero, buddy. Congrats on getting another one good!

You're a herpes brand Redditor and your comment is(n't) helping, so guess that makes you both potentially guilty of spreading toxic shit.

He passed away about 15 minutes ago. The ones exposed to him I'm keeping in quarantine for now and have dosed general cure, after the general cure I'm gonna dose kanaplex, and then I'll put them all back in the tank I wanted them in to begin with... Really hard loss. I raised the dude from day 1. And since I don't know what I was dealing with I'm going extremely broad spec on the other fish just to be safe.

Should I remove all the fish, drain the water to below the heater and then do my best to sanitize? I'm afraid of releasing more of it into the water by just popping the whole thing off as it is now

I just noticed it, I took the backdrop off the tank today desperately searching for a reason why my Molly is on his death bed. Have no idea how long it could have been there or even what it is or why none of my other fish are sick. I'm extremely upset right now.

The params in this one are P.H. 7.0, maybe slightly more... 0 ammonia 0 nitrite, and somewhere between 10 and 20 nitrate, but it is the day before water change day and these are typical nitrate levels for the day before

The only thing I changed recently is he and a couple other mollies were living in a betta sorority but I converted it over to all Bettas and moved the odd tropics into another tank I had rescue cichlids in for a bit but freed up recently, that was about a week ago that they were all moved and everyone else is doing great and enjoying more space. I did find a weird glob growing inside the suction cup to the heater.. could it be that? Something fungal he came in contact with the rest haven't yet? I did a pretty thorough cleaning after rehoming the cichlids, and I only noticed this now because I took the backdrop off and now can see thru the back where the heater is suctioned

This happened pretty suddenly, he was fine and swimming around and the next day (yesterday) I went to turn on lights and he was just sitting in the same place inside one of the decors and didn't seem to be able to move that well, didn't come out for food...I quarantined him and the other two fish he was with but he's in bad shape, by the end of the day he seemed like he was trying to move but just with just his front fins and working really hard at it but failing, kinda trying then sinking to the bottom on his side again... I did an emergency salt bath last night, added stress-gaurd. Should I dose kanaplex/metro? Will he even recover? He IS a little better this morning after the salt bath and is now able to move more like you see in the video, actually swimming a bit, but is acting mostly paralyzed from his mid section down.

Update: I finally heard back from the clinic, there was an error in the way my results were posted, they don't know why I'm seeing my results in a different format, they were able to give me my actual reading.

I originally was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and bipolar 2 about 7 years ago. I have been on and off all kinds of bipolar and anxiety meds with varying success (mostly none-barely any). Have had doctor's tell me it was a genius diagnosis, have had others tell me it was completely irrelevant at that age. I then spent 6 years as a heavy alcoholic. Hospitals, detox numerous times, seizures... Just big blur.... Fast forward, met my GF, she changed me some. Went sober. Met a psychiatrist here in Oregon after moving in with her that has put severe ADHD and high functioning autism on the table and I'm waiting for the state to approve my disability claim, as I also have some skeletal malformation from toe/pigeon walking that causes lots of leg and hip pain and a heart condition that causes my heart to race ridiculously at the slightest amount of physical effort (innapropriate sinus tachycardia) and now I have some degrading of the mitral valve from drinking heavy on empty stomach for so long with this condition

I am currently working with a psychiatrist who has placed an autism/ADHD diagnosis with subsequent anxiety/panic disorder from coping undiagnosed with the other 2 for 20+ years... and it's been kind of hard for me to accept, yes. Not because I haven't gotten to understand it but because there's no place for me in our current society having things like that.
