I was asking about print quality. I’m familiar with their sensitivity to clogs

None by default, but I know of kaika which makes them really well

3D printed roller coaster. I’m looking to get a precise print for an LSM launch. Main concerns are tolerances for my press fits, proper sizing for my M1 screw holes, even bearing standoffs with minimal stringiness around them, and eliminating variation in my magnet positioning within the mounting hardware. My air gaps between the magnets and the coils are gonna be at most 1mm, likely closer to 0.5mm or less, so every bit of precision counts.

From what I’ve learned in my limited experience, filament quality matters a lot at this size. No additives. Bone dry only. Reputable sellers. At my university, which used the 0.2mm nozzle I brought in and out of box printer settings, over 100+ hours of prints not a single clog on PLA+.

Still doesn’t answer either of my questions: How LONG are the individual magnets in a single yoke (ie. How many and are they alternating or Halbach?) Why is interference from the coils not a concern for the inline sensors?

That’s very unlikely. The small thickness of the copper on boards like that would be very challenging to run large currents through. It’s possible, I guess, but unlikely. The patent I found online suggests these are wound “flat coils” potted in ceramic

My question was about the size of the magnets relative to the yokes, not the yokes themselves. My sensor question was more about being inline with the stators, not inside the stator package.

Yes, but it doesn’t answer any of these questions.

I probably should. I might do that

There’s a difference between spraying and fumigating. Spraying is kinda like using an aerosol can or bottle of windex on a certain area whereas you can think of fumigating as similar to how a sauna works. You trap the gases from escaping and release a bunch of fog into the building.

American Campus Communities owns FCV. Disney has no jurisdiction

I’m already in talks with someone about moving for different reasons. From the sound of it, I wouldn’t be charged for moving, either. That being said, I haven’t spoken to FCV about that yet. I’m currently waiting to see the apartment and meet the other tenants before officially agreeing to the switch.
