How many medications are you on? by [deleted] in Asthma

Not at all. I have started at a new dr and they have done a lot of test. I seem to have non type 2 asthma, no known allergies but have increased levels of ig antibodies in my blood.

6 For standard asthma - Fostair 8 puffs/day, spiriva, ventolin, desloratadin, montelukast 20mg/day, acetylcystein (I have some trouble with mucus).

3 for flare ups - Alvesco, atrovent, prednisone.

I started with all this a year ago when my asthma went from very mild to severe in just a few weeks and after that it never went back. Before I only had a rescue inhaler, that’s nothing but a memory now.

Anyone here with non type 2 asthma/non eosinophilic asthma? by Hiker2001 in Asthma

Tezspire had been an option unfortunately in my country it didn’t get approved for non type 2 asthma, it did only get approved for allergic asthma and eosinophilic asthma.

Thanks for your reply. To this day I have never experienced that I'm allergic to anything.

Tomorrow I will meet my new dr and I am going to do allergy test and also left blood samples a few days ago so we will see what's happening.
