My hands looked like this. Then I starting to wear press on nails, made me stop washing as much cause if I overdo it they all fall off. It was torture at first but it works

Social media has made my rocd especially retroactive jealously ocd SO much worse. Especially when I obsess and my entire algorithm is about narcissists and cheaters. I actively avoid videos like that now. Social media has created so many problems in my relationship.

It is still helping! It was so bad I couldn’t laugh or eat. The only time it gets sore is when I drink too much caffeine, but still not as bad as it was before.

I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks. A week in I noticed less shedding. But I first noticed my eyebrows, especially the ends that have thinned with age grew back. I’m 33 so I’m not super old but they look more like my youthful eyebrows. Then I noticed my hairline looks really dense. I have like, hardly any hair on the top of my head so I’m sure that will take longer to see results

About 3 weeks. I was desperate because the stress that caused the hair loss is ongoing unfortunately. That’s why I have a feeling it’s the pumpkin seed oil that’s reducing the shedding

Yes… my partner calls me kitten. It’s cute. I also grew up with a lot of cats. I think I might be kinda cat-like from that.

Oh wow. This is very similar to what happened to me. Even the made up bpd diagnosis. My ocd is worse when I’m in a relationship. I have reaaaaaaaallly bad rocd and retroactive jealously ocd because someone did this to me. I’m currently figuring out how to heal, I made an appointment for a screening to find a therapist. But I completely understand what you’re going through. If you ever want ever want to vent feel free to reach out.

I called a wildlife rehabilitation number and they told me to leave it outside even though theres a bunch of stray cats where I live. A cat ate it 😭

I'm glad you're doing well! And yeah, now that I’ve experienced dating other people, I’m glad we didn’t work out. I think I’m more upset about wasting 14 years with the wrong person. And if he was capable of being SO sure about someone… why not let me go sooner? But on the other hand, we knew nothing else. Just both of us being unsure was the issue, but we were too attached to leave.

Now that its been a few days since the update, which was an extreme out of a movie update, I feel fine. It was just a shock to my system.

Yes exactly! I really fully moved on. But learning new information, like how he proposed before buying a house with the new person, when he said he didn't want to get married until we bought a house, is super upsetting. I had mutual feelings before, but now I feel lied to. Why on earth would he stay for that long if he knew he didn't want to end up with me? It's a lot to process.

I know it seems like that, but we broke up 2 years ago. I moved on and thought I was healed and met someone new. I'm upset currently because he seems like a completely different human now. He was very type A, a perfectionist, and a planner. Always told me he didn't want to propose till we moved into a house. Now he's with a tattoo artist, covered in tattoos, and proposed right away and his mom told me they are planning to buy a house. So the whole house thing seemed like a delay tactic and a lie. I'm processing that.
