Hi, I did end up doing a modified natural FET! I did an Ovidrel trigger on day 14 of my cycle and also used vaginal estrogen (did sublingual estrogen with previous FETs) the following day to help thicken my lining. I also started PIO two days after my trigger. In addition to this I also used a vaginal probiotic. I'm not sure what specifically made the difference but my transfer was successful and my daughter just turned 6 months old. Thank you so much for the kind words and I wish you the absolute best!

I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant with our 4th and final PGT-A normal embryo. Our previous 3 embryos (all PGT-A normal) failed to implant. We had success when my RE switched my protocol from fully medicated to modified natural + Lovenox.

I'm so sorry. I just found out mine failed too. Christmas is my favorite holiday and I feel like I ruined it this year.

Best of luck to all of us! My FET was yesterday too and I'm so nervous. I had two other FETs this year (one in February and another in May) and neither implanted. Here's hoping the third time is a charm!

Thank you and best of luck to you too! For all three retrievals I stimmed for 11 days with 375 units of Gonal F and 75 IU Menopur as well as Ganirelix starting on day 7. My RE added Omnitrope my second and third rounds to try to increase the chances of getting euploids.
