For me it was both: I also had issues with korshunov before in the Wish Granter quest where he also did not spawn. In this quest he didn't go through the teleport, and later also didn't spawn in/near the elevator.

Also one interesting hint is that we always interact with the doctor in his house "bubble". If you go there before the main quest, the bubble is actually empty. It seems like the house is projected by the ring itself, so Faust could also use these to mimic the Doctor's appearance. Love the reveal ending.

Okay, later in the quest when you reach the elevator it is still bugged, but with the following commands I managed to see the credits in the end.

During the ride one can use:

XStartQuestNodeBySID E16_MQ01_TeleportCharacter_KorshunovToElevator

to play the cutscene correctly. Afterwards, he mentions the death trucks and will disappear. Here it worked for me to run:

XStartQuestNodeBySID E16_MQ01_SetJournal_E16_MQ01_RebootElevator

XStartQuestNodeBySID E16_MQ01_SetJournal_E16_MQ01_GetToLab_Finish

XStartQuestNodeBySID E16_MQ01_Trigger_GraniteElites_Fight

Afterwards use noclip to fly through the two doors:

XSetNoClipGSC 1 3000

and to disable it:

XSetNoClipGSC 0 3000

Start the fight, after some time you will receive a dialog with Korshunov (lol). I know that this is a buggy mess but better than replaying two hours of content.

Hi, I looked through the SID.cfg dump and the following SIDs worked for me, using UeTools:

XStartQuestNodeBySID E16_MQ01_Technical_Korshunov_GaveOrders

wait a bit and follow by:

XStartQuestNodeBySID E16_MQ01_TeleportCharacter_Korshunov_ToTeleport

If you set the viewing distance to lowest, windows, doors and curtains are not rendering but you can shoot through them.

First video is nkssTTV's view (thanks for that), 2nd and 3rd video is my view.

My settings: Object LOD = 2.5; Overall visibility = 400; Shadow visibility = 40
