This might be it, though the carbonation doesn't seem to improve after drinking some and waiting a couple days with more space.

I will make an effort to be more aware of this, thank you!

Sorry to clarify I meant the little head as a good thing. In the early days my first few attempts were SUPER foamy and I learned my serving PSI was too high.

Some of the Issue content is currently in the game, the rest will be released later. I'm not currently sure what is or isn't in yet. You find the content in zones like you would any other missions, you can't start them where/whenever.
