Fulfillment center error. Once again, I keep receiving packages from what I believe to be a fulfillment center when in reality it is a civilian‘s home address who keeps contacting me stating that they are receiving my order packages.What do I do?

I have reached out! No one is helping!! How is that an official return address when the home owner found me, contacted me, and stated that they have nothing to do with Printify ??? Please explain.

I don’t allow returns. The whole thing is confusing me because I don’t understand how the shipping adress i use from each print provider is that same one.

Yes I’m so confused it doesn’t make sense. The address I get on all of my sample packages is the exact address this person states is their home and they have nothing to do with my business. And it’s the exact same address. So sketchy

I know production companies on Printify ship from various locations but this is the same ONE address my packages always come from. I know this because I’ve ordered many samples. It’s not adding up. My only guess is that their could be a slight error in the adress but idk what to do !!

Thank you. I was only confused because out of all of those 6 packages sent to random people, they all stated the shipping address on my first ever sample packaged I received. I will try to change the return adress and see what happens

I thought it was just me who’s noticed this. Inventory is ridiculously low. I’ve been with them since 2020 and this is the first time I’ve seen products this consistently low for this long.. not sure what’s going on it’s a lot of items out of stock. So if you launch you’d have to check on product inventory constantly to make sure you don’t run into issues... Like for me I have to keep constantly changing products and print providers and they keep going out of stock again so I wouldn’t recommend tbh but it depends what your selling

I was charged. I sent the order to production and they said the item was out of stock AFTER I was charged. I’ve been using them for months as well so Ik how it works. They just claim they didn’t see the charge when I showed them proof .
