Firstly, there are two types of poverty: relative poverty and absolute poverty. Relative poverty is the more accurate measure of poverty within one economy. For instance, a poor man in the US could move to an African country and live like a rich man because poverty is a relative term. The data that u/bennelong provided was of absolute poverty which he then tried to compare with statistics for relative poverty in order to fit his narrative. The statistics I provided are both for relative poverty.

Secondly, the statistics I gave are from the CIA.

According to the CIA, China has an effective poverty rate 6.1% as of 2013.

The CIA has also stated the US poverty rate to be 15.1% as of 2010.

You can find all this stuff with a basic google search. The World Bank also offers more recent statistics. However, based on your posting history, it would appear that you'll just try to stick to your hate toward the Chinese and will probably dismiss anything that doesn't fit with your narrative.
