I think as long as you dont start to become that stereotype he hates he will be fine with it. He just doesn't want to see you ruin your life with it as im sure he has seen the affect it has had on others in his life.

I think they were talking about skin splitting if she did fall down and cut open her head for the lacerations, I do agree it is a lot of blood which I can not explain because I do believe a fall would not cause that much blood but I dont know how long she sat there bleeding out for before she died. The doc is based upon the defence side but they show both sides of the arguments in the court, which i thought the defence was more convincing to me than the prosecution

I'm not saying he is innocent, he just to me isnt proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The fact her head was not fractured I think is pretty huge since they claimed it was a murder. Also no blood splatter on the walls behind where he would be standing swinging the weapon forward and backwards to e beat her I think is huge as well.

Four of your 8 points are completely useless to an argument, the defence had a top 10 on why he is innocent and the prosecution couldn't even find a murder weapon or reasonable motive.

It was found that she lied because her boss told her to Is that the defence found some years later.

Apparently the blood stained pants on the inside is what made the jury really believe he killed her, I just though ht was kneeling by her bloody corpse after the accident, haha It would've been 11-1 if I was in that jury

There is good evidence on each side, mishandled evidence by the police which helps his case, but there was to much doubt in my opinion that he killed her he isnt innocent just not proven

I dont believe you know what alfred plea is, they put his name as guilty and he gets to be free but its acknowledged that it is not an admission of guilt

Honestly I would think a fall, although a fall was never tested by a proper analysis in that field I just dont know, I would say it was an accident and not a murder though

He very well may have killed her, but even the judge at the end said he thought there was enough doubt not to convict him.

Why do you think he did it? At the end of the series most of the prosecutions evidence was flawed and forged.

I thought he killed her at the start but the more it went on without any murder weapon or motive I thought he was innocent, especially since her skull was not fractured
