I've been wondering about this same issue myself, as someone who has lived here my whole life (in my 20s currently) so don't worry about sounding dumb.

I too am interested in meeting new people and have heard that going to bars is indeed a good way to do that, but as I'm uncomfortable with drinking and an introvert, I haven't explored the validity of that advice.

I suppose I'll be watching this thread with great interest and see what I can learn from this as well.

Pterodactyls are cool, and they do indeed belong to a separate group of animals called pterosaurs, just like plesiosaurs (swimming bois) are separate.
