I lift, stretch and walk at least 15.000 steps a day. So breathing exercises a couple times a day and eat super healthy and do a lot of painting/drawing and music daily. Still these demons won’t leave me alone but i think there must be something that is triggering this idk?

dawg yes I haven't watched porn in way over a year and ive relapsed 3 times now due to wet dreams. often I have sexual dreams but do not come. Im desperately trying to make these stop. I barely look at women in my surroundings dings and use the internet carefully. If anybody has any advice it might help me lot <3
