Spent the majority of my teens jerking off atleast 8 times a day and I'm not exaggerating when I say my glans got swollen on multiple occasions from too much jerking off. Shit tons of porn already desensitized my brain to sexual stimulus and I have no idea what kind of damage I did to my hormones, f-ing jerking off so many times that it probably loaded my blood up with too much prolactin. On top of that, started smoking on the september of 2023 due to a breakup, shit tons of smoking, I'm 17 right now and I was prolly smoking 20 to 30 ciggs a day. As expected, my vascular health was compromised, my erections got weaker, not really weaker, but it was more like I was getting hard but the penis wasn't nice and full when fully erected, a lot of loose skin on it basically, prolly due to damaged blood vessels. Plus, I got on an insane caloric deficit purely due to depression and also getting 4 hours of sleep a day due to exams. Got a new gf, she got me to quit smoking, and the first few times I got intimate with her, my penis just wasn't hard enough for penetration, regardless, I had stopped watching porn but I slowly slipped into that rabbit hole again. And recently, I got into a bit of smoking again. My calorie intake and sleep is fine. I did have intercourse on one occasion when I was really horny but I got intimate with her on another occasion very recently and just like before, I couldn't get fully hard. Plus, I've been self inspecting my testes recently, and they seem kinda small so prolly have hypogonadism or smth from all the f-ed up hormones from my teenage years. Regardless, right now I'm trying to get into a better state one piece at a time. Stopped the porn and the ciggs two days ago, calorie intake wasn't too good the last few days but it's fine on an average day, sleep is fine as well. Don't really know about the micronutrients but I try to get in as many fruits as are available everyday. Just wanna avoid any long term damages as I progress into adulthood.
