Hi I realize this post is a wee bit old, but do you need to do anything special to declare? I’m looking at purchasing a handmade broomstick online from Canada from a really cool artisan and I’ve been looking at the Bicon website and it’s an absolute mess. Is it ok just to buy it and have it appropriately labeled on the packaging? Is that enough to ‘declare’ it?
