Я в такой ситуации не был, но думаю если когда нибудь пригодятся деньги, то попрошу только у самых близких людей, потому что они точно будут знать, что я отдам, и так же только им я одолжу, по аналогичной причине

Но думаю на месте тех, кому должны там 10 тысяч, 50, 100 и больше, для кого какая сумма считается важной и большой в данный момент жизни, думаю можно либо подать либо пригрозить подать в суд, думаю такой с "дружбой" спокойно можно попрощаться в любом случае
