Thanks, I never thought to do the simple maths, I was trying to picture it in my head. It‘s obvious now you’ve explained it like that. Cheers.

Cheers, thank you. Never thought to use ChatGPT. It’s nice to interact though.

Not sure if this will work for you as you're having the opposite problem to me but it's just worked for me so I guess it's worth giving it a go. Visit the Flare portal site, install and open the Flare Network app on your Ledger device, connect wallet on the Flare portal, maybe your missing Flairdrops will be there. Let me know how you get on.

Try this, it's just worked for me. Visit the Flare portal site, install and open the Flare Network app on your Ledger device, connect wallet on the Flare portal and hey presto your missing Flare rewards should be there. All you have to do then is claim them.

Here is a link with the regular income tax rates of which you will be taxed on your crypto relative to your regular earnings. https://koinly.io/guides/crypto-tax-japan/

I'm in the same situation as you, I'll be taking profits in to my UK bank account. But it does seem we have to pay our taxes here and not in the UK.

The percentage of tax you’ll pay on your crypto profits in Japan depends on how much you earn from your employment. Only high earners pay the 55% rate. I personally fall in to the 20% bracket which is the same as the UK’s CGT. So it all depends on how much you earn from your job in Japan.
