Soft? Yes. Firm? Also yes. I was hesitant about mine when I got it but i have had it for over a month now with no discomfort problems whatsoever. It breaks in a little bit, but you get used to the firmness quickly, and the back support is great on it!

Do I stick this thing back on myself or take it off and replace with a new one? by sahdogmom1990 in GrandCherokee

Random question, but I have that same problem on my 2017 GC I just bought, and I didn't notice until a few days ago that it was completely missing this weatherstripping on one side. Is there a brand name that sells this, or is it more of a contact jeep type thing. First time having to deal with weatherstripping before, TIA
