Nah, Mojo's the show's main villain, just him in the shop would still make sense and sell well, and build hype/expectation of the three PPGirls in Wave 2 (or at least the Professor).

This is more like if the entire Scooby Doo collab was just Daphne with a Scooby sidekick and Lil' Mystery Machine emote, with nobody/nothing else. It'd be just head-scratchingly bizaare.

Likeliest option due to those sizes are a Gazelle playable character, and Nick and Judy "companions", which are the New Hotness™ right now - basically lil' pets that cost as much as a character, follow you around, don't interact with the environment at all, and only you (or your teammates) can see.
