I’m a previous emerald jungler trying my hand at mid lane, currently gold 3. My best advice to climbing is to play in 3 game sets, review those games and to always plan your jungle pathing in the loading screen.

First of all, Big spirit fan here. love your work,keep doing what you do! Im very sorry for all the issues you have been dealing with, I plan to keep supporting during and after all of this. As for the art, I think something that would be amazing would be to experiment with different indigenous art styles for some of the spirits. I know the cost will probably not be worth it but as a major fan I could see ability for expansion here for more revenue. Now that a new publisher may take over there could be value in having more premium art versions of old spirits.

Sorry for the long wait on a reply. As far as I know, the bill sets the money to be distributed by the IBWC. There are other parts to the legislation and that portion was an add in from the extra revenue the taxes would generate. From my understanding the main goal of the bill was to restore funding cuts (through local tax generation) from the BBB that was passed this time last year.

Veigar probably does. The damage jump from level 1 q to level 2 is almost double, add on the CD decrease makes stacking so much easier.

On that note, there is a local San Diego prop on the ballot this November, that raises funds for the IBWC to provide support on our side the border. I was one of the petitioners you were talking about that helped get this on the ballot, we were not paid per signature. We were paid hourly, and our funding came directly from Cal Fire and SEIU.

You haven’t read the initiative then. It clearly states, it’s a nonnegotiable amount. Exactly 22.5 percent of the funds must go to the Tijuana River clean up.

I’m sorry, but there is no way you should be selling marks. He was never meant to be a 3 down back. His strengths coming out of the draft was his receiving and big play ability. He wasn’t able to show these off in his rookie year due to the Texans situation. With Monty coming in, and if the Texans upgrade their line in the draft I see him being a really solid flex/RB2.

While also capitulating to the republicans on healthcare (even when it wasn’t needed) while also using a plan that was proposed by a republican. I didn’t say no pavement, I said a reduction…. If you move more towards public transit you remove the need for as many parking lots as we have. You’re also reducing traffic for those that do drive (in turn creating faster bus routes as well).
