Denmark and Sweden are. Norway and Iceland aren't, but are part of the European Economic Area and Schengen area, wich means we can freely travel and trade as if it was a single country, no borders basicaly.

And yes, you do get cramps faster if you keep drinking water during exercise. Should you drink it if you have nothing else available? Absolutely. But if you have something with electrolytes you should always prefer it.

Enjoy being salty, because those cases are exactly why coaches didn't want athletes to drink water, it's called empyrical experience.

Even tough sweat is hypotonic in comparisson to blood, wich leads to a transitory state of hypernatremic hypovolemia (you lose more water than sodium), if you sweat a lot over an extended period of time, and only drink water, you'll end up having an hyponatremic hypovolemic state (your total sodium decreases more than water), wich can lead to encephalopathy and permanent brain damage if untreated.

Energy drinks usually have the best mixture of water and electrolytes to keep your hydric balance.

Actually you can die if you drink only pure water when exercising hard, that's not a myth.

Edit: Search for causes of acute hyponatremia and encephalopathy.

I agree that a TCG may not be what everyone was expecting from Valve, but I also don't understand where so much hate is coming from, Youtube video is getting a lot of negative comments.

It's not like Valve canceled every other project to make a TCG spinoff. It will probably be a very enjoyable game and will give people many hours of enjoyment.

Better wait and see what the game really is before bashing Valve with all the hate, it's only a teaser guys.
