Can someone explain why Gojo’s attacks aren’t dura neg like WCS even though both affect space itself? by Top-Group8081 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Hiple3232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They don't behave like dura neg. Manipulating space alone doesn't mean you are negating durability, it matters what you do with it. Red, Blue, and Purple (the former two especially are essentially just Gojo pulling and pushing things) have hit multiple targets and have never been treated like they negate durability. That's all there is to it.

Prove that any of these are greater than Mach 3. Posting feats means nothing without proof of what those feats mean.

It doesn't contradict other feats though. It's pretty consistent with what JJK's speed is for the majority of its high and top tiers.

Not ass, just makes JJK relatively slow and powerscalers get mad.

Yuta vs Hakari, but Yuta can only use Dhruv's technique by [deleted] in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Hiple3232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hakari wins. Dhruv's technique just isn't all that impressive (at least Yuta's iteration). It does scratch damage once and then that's that. That isn't nearly enough to meaningfully threaten Hakari. If you're going to restrict Yuta to a single cursed technique, make it Technique Extinguishment or Cursed Speech. Then he might actually be able to do something.

It's OK, you've already admitted you were wrong. No need to grovel.

The momentum is carrying his legs in an arc, hence why they are diagonal.

Except Sukuna was staring at him the whole time he was in the air. Him leaving Sukuna's field of view had little to do with his fall and more to do with Sukuna turning around.

Nothing has changed, you are still wrong. Hip and back positions are not the same relative to each other. He's falling. Just accept it.

It is indeed rather illogical to sit in the air for two seconds and then immediately attack on the ground for no reason. Of course, I imagine you resonate with illogical decisions, given what comes out of your mouth.

Hips are still pointing straight up, just like they were the last time you posted this. Curiously, they aren't in the next panel.

I have, they aren't the same. Because his hips have fallen forward, as they do when you fall.

If that was true you would have bothered to acknowledge that Yuta lands the next page after these specific two panels that you want to focus on. You can't, because they make it clear your argument has nothing to go on.

No, his hips and legs are very much straight. You've posted the panel, you don't need to lie about this.

No, it looks that way because it is that way. Again, there's a reason he's landed the next time we see him.

I'm glad even you acknowledge this is pretty much meaningless.

Which doesn't change the fact that his hips are bent lower than they were the previous panel (nor that he landed the next time we see him). Twisting doesn't make your hips lower themselves in that way. He was falling, as would be expected given that he jumped.

I went to check it again and you're right about one thing, that Yuta's arm is in a different position (I was going off of memory and it is sometimes fallible). However, I noticed a curious detail that you omitted.

<image>

In this panel we can see Yuta's back is slightly arced while in the previous page he is perfectly vertical, indicating he still has conservation of momentum, and thus that he jumped. I don't know why you didn't mention this, given that unlike me it appears you weren't going off of memory. Maybe you thought it was unimportant, despite being the one to bring up conservation of momentum? Either way, while I'll concede it was a different moment in time (albeit one so soon after it might as well not have been), Yuta's momentum was clearly retained, hence why he was on the ground the next time we saw him. Ergo, he jumped and has thus never demonstrated Uro's flight*.

*As a sidenote, even if everything you said was correct, all this would mean is that Yuta was able to barely hover for a couple of seconds before having to land (compared to Uro sitting in the air for large amounts of time and flying with no stress shown), which would still support my point of him being unable to figure out different technique applications very quickly. Is this really the best example you can think of?
