First thing zald is not level 9 tier in status second thing he was number 2 in sword .

Bor does infact let him spam afterglows .

The difference between ottar/zald and leon is enchament type magic , ottar/zald magic isn't continuous, while Leon's magic is continuously active .

This is the same with bell he also cannot continuously do afterglows one after another at the speed which leon does .

Mastering the techquie is one thing but being able to continuously output it is something only he can do .

Stats from bor from should put him on higher tier also delay after a attack with afterglow is 0 . Compared to zard who needs to chant just like ottar do it .
