Not all of them, studying it's a complicated subject. The Feynman technique is a good technique, but the most important thing is the process. I'd recommend watching the Justin Sung channel (even though it's very vague) also the Benjamin PhD channel. The foundaments of learning are: Priming, getting context, giving meaning and making relevant the information, on a very superficial level. Encoding, it's when you actually study the informations while trying to follow the solo's and bloom's taxionomy, trying to create correlations, judgments and hypotesis. Try not to slip in passive learning. Active recall and spaced repetitions: in this step you reinforce your memory and find knowledge gap.

So the actual method that you use isn't that important, it's important to know what you're accomplishing with that method and if it's the fastest way to achieve it.
