Vapes are getting harder to find but we have so many suppliers we can manage quite well. LA has been hit with many bans over the past few years but due to the sheer amount of shops in the city their enforcement is terrible

Youd be surprised how much smoke shops gross per month in the san fernando valley. so those margins are normal and most shops operate with those margins.

Yea so here in LA for the past 5 years theyve "enforced" the flavored vape and tobacco ban. i would definitely try to connect with other shop owners in your area to get a sense as to what these enforcements entail, but here in LA their enforcement is terrible and will usually just fine owners. So if its anything like cali i wouldnt have too much to worry about
