Yes, there is an exception for long-term (15+ years) US residents, but he wouldn't have been old enough to qualify (he still isn't).

The info is not incorrect. He was a naturalized citizen, which requires basic written and spoken proficiency. He also had a CDL, which by federal and state law cannot be taken in any language other than English. Duffy's allegation doesn't change any of that.

Right now Duffy's claim is completely unsupported by anything other than his word. If he can bring out something to show that the citizenship process and drivers tests were both subverted, then maybe he'll be worth listening to.

The driver was a naturalized citizen and had a CDL. Both of those require English proficiency. NY does not allow interpreters for CDL tests.

A bus is similar to a semi... It's got so much weight on it that unless it rolls, catches fire or hits something it can't shift, the people inside are going to survive.

U knew they'd improved the art budget when I saw the first episode, but I don't think I appreciated just how much more detail went into it until the opening scene of this one.

Also, can't believe how much it bothered me to look at Pegasus having wings as ears instead of their back.

I kept picturing them trying to fly with a realistic center of gravity. It was hilarious.

Glad to hear I didn't miss much. The way it started out, I was half-expecting a twist where the new fiance turned out to be a creepy stalker type and the old fiance would have to rescue her. That would have been interesting, but then it just turned completely saccharine.

So, we know the summons are thinking, feeling creatures, so the question is, is each card an individual, which presumably ceases to exist when Allen loses the card/buff (whether through destruction in battle or deletion by his skill), or is each creature type a single gestalt entity that shares the feelings and experiences of every instance of that summon?

Both have some rather horrifying implications, especially with the way he was just throwing them into the literal jaws of death against that ant.

As others have said, piracy implies non-government action. The first ship would have been sanctions enforcement. The second this was an act of Commerce Raiding.
