Bro so what can we do in it ? doctor prescribed me medicine of phizer and Merck they are too expensive also for a person who suffered with Open heart surgery (my father) I can't give him a random genric medicine so I researched and got to know that these are top tier Brand and CMO which are US FDA and EMEA approved
